The fastest way to reclaim screens is by using 2 in 1 dip tank wash. Simply card off as much ink from stencil as possible and soak it in the solution for 3 minutes. Once completed, simply pressure-wash the emulsion and ink away in one step. 2 in 1 dip tank is a concentrated material. Mix it at a ratio of 10:1 with water for optimal results.
